Description

Ingredients

  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups mixed greens (arugula and butter lettuce)
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (or toasted pecans)
  • ½ cup dried cranberries (or other dried fruits)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the apples by slicing them into thin pieces.
