Description

A delicious crispy Parmesan chicken breast enveloped in a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl until well blended. Dip the seasoned chicken breasts into the egg mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. Prepare the breadcrumb mixture by combining Parmesan and breadcrumbs in another bowl. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly in this mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the breaded chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Make the creamy garlic sauce by melting some butter in another pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the cream and let it simmer. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley.
  6. Serve the golden chicken breast on a plate and generously drizzle the creamy garlic sauce on top. Garnish with more freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs for a few hours before cooking.
