Description

A vibrant and refreshing mango slaw that captures the essence of summer with its sweet mango, crunchy veggies, and zesty dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced mango, shredded red cabbage, grated carrots, diced bell pepper, and cilantro in a large bowl.
