- 400g Spaghetti
- 2 Zucchini
- 100g Pecorino Romano
- Olivenöl
- Salz
- Pfeffer
- Frisches Basilikum
- Knoblauch (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente.
- Slice the zucchini into thin rounds and sauté in olive oil until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add crushed garlic if using and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Reserve some cooking water and drain the spaghetti.
- Combine the spaghetti with zucchini, adding cooking water gradually to create a creamy sauce.
- Mix in grated Pecorino Romano and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
Notes
Use fresh vegetables for the best flavor. You can substitute Parmesan for Pecorino if needed.
